If you would prefer for us to only deliver on the dates stated above or would prefer future dates, please do let us know via e-mail.

All deliveries are traceable and signed for. We guarantee your order will arrive to you safely and securely.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, please contact us within a reasonable time period (we deem this to be within three days) of receiving your order by telephone (0207 438 2031) or e-mail (sales@londonhouseplants.com).
Payment
We take secure online payments via debit/credit card or via Paypal. We can provide full invoice receipts for orders & offer accounts for our regular business customers.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of placing your order. If you wish to return any aspect of your order please contact us via e-mail (sales@londonhouseplants.com). All returns are processed back into the card holder's account within 3-5 working days.
